Studio-Grade Reverb Pedal — Eight Algorithms in One Compact Stompbox

The Boss RV-6 is a compact digital reverb pedal, offering eight musical reverb algorithms in a single enclosure. Thanks to the updated BOSS DSP, players can explore everything from subtle room ambience to immersive shimmer sounds with long, evocative tails.

Modern-Focused Algorithms Rarely Combined in a Compact Pedal

Three standout algorithms give this model its edge. Shimmer mode introduces sparkling high-frequency overtones for fantasy-like soundscapes. In Dynamic mode, effect depth responds to playing intensity, maintaining clarity in your core tone. +Delay merges reverb and delay for a single, rich effect.

Eight Reverb Modes — Full Spectrum Coverage

With these eight onboard algorithms, vintage, modern, and ambient styles are available instantly—no menu diving required.

• Reverb Modes: 8 (Hall, Plate, Room, Spring, Modulate, +Delay, Shimmer, Dynamic)
• Players can switch algorithms on the fly using the rotary Mode knob.
• Time Knob — continuous control for reverb tail length per mode
• Tone Knob — continuous control that shapes wet-signal brightness for guitar
• E.Level Knob — continuous wet/dry effect mix control

Stereo I/O with Expression Pedal Control

Integrating into mono, mono-to-stereo, or stereo-to-stereo chains is effortless thanks to auto-switching jacks.

• Inputs: 2x 1/4" TS (INPUT-A Mono, INPUT-B) — auto-switching for any rig layout
• Dual outputs provide full stereo capability for setups using two amplifiers.
• EXP Jack — TRS expression pedal input for BOSS FV-500H/L or Roland EV-5
• Bypass Type — buffered bypass preserves analog dry tone through long cable runs

Compact Footprint with Battery or AC Power

Pedalboard real estate is preserved by the standard BOSS compact enclosure, and both battery or PSA-series AC adaptor can be used for power—ideal for stage or studio use.

• Dimensions: 73 x 129 x 59 mm
• Weight: 450 g (including battery)
• Power Supply — 9V alkaline battery (6LR61) or PSA-series AC adaptor
• Current Draw: 95 mA
